🛡️ Harassment & Doxxing

Harassment of any kind is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal, written, visual, or targeted harassment, unwanted advances, threats, offensive comments, intimidation, or any behaviour intended to cause distress, discomfort, or harm to another individual.

Doxxing, or the sharing, seeking, threatening to share, or encouraging others to obtain another person’s private or personally identifiable information without their consent, is considered a severe breach of our community rules.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Real names
• Photographs or social media profiles
• Home, work, or school addresses
• Phone numbers
• Email addresses
• Family information
• Any other information that could be used to identify, locate, contact, or harass someone outside of the community

Any confirmed instances of harassment, doxxing, or threats involving personal information may result in immediate and severe disciplinary action, including permanent removal from the community.

🔞 Sexual Harassment & Inappropriate Content

Sexual harassment, including any form of unwelcome sexual advances, comments, or content that creates an uncomfortable or hostile environment, is strictly prohibited. Any form of roleplay that involves non-consensual sexual acts, including but not limited to rape roleplay, is strictly forbidden. Roleplay scenarios that involve suicide, self-harm, or any content related to self-inflicted harm are not allowed. Inappropriate content restrictions also apply to your CFX/Steam name, discord profile content and any other profile that is public.

Staff reserve the right to request any community members alter their profiles to meet community standards.

🚫 Zero Tolerance Policy – Pedophilia Accusations

Any accusations or discussions relating to pedophilia — whether in character or in general forums — are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate and permanent removal from the community.

If you have legitimate concerns, you must submit a Management Ticket with all relevant information, evidence, and context. Do not post publicly under any circumstances. We take these matters seriously and handle them with the utmost care and confidentiality.

📨 Direct Messages & Private Discords

Staff are not responsible for moderating direct messages or private Discord servers. We strongly encourage players to use the platform’s block and report functions for any bullying or harassment occurring outside of Zephyr-managed spaces.

If you believe the matter extends beyond general bullying and involves serious breaches of community standards, such as:

• Doxxing
• Real-life threats
• Cheating evidence
• Sexual harassment
• Other significant safety concerns
