🛡️ Anti-Cheat Policy
🔍 Our Commitment
Zephyr is built on fair play, transparency, and trust. We’re here to keep cheaters, exploiters, and IRL traders out.
⚙️ How Our Anti-Cheat Works
We use smart, behavior-based systems to detect cheating. We flag for:
- 🎯 Impossible weapon accuracy or movement
- 🧠 Inhuman reaction speeds or inputs
- 💻 Script injections or unauthorized commands
- 🧩 Known cheat exploit signatures. We do not automatically ban players. Every case goes through manual staff review.
🔍 PC Checks (With Consent Only)
If a player is suspected of cheating and there is credible evidence or proof from other cities/servers, the player may be requested to complete a PC Check with the Zephyr Staff Team. If a player declines a PC check, which they are entitled to do, the Zephyr Team reserves the right to reassess the potential risk posed to the wider community. This reassessment may result in further action, including, but not limited to, the suspension or permanent ban of the player from participating within the Zephyr Community. Players are not required to complete “deep-dive” PC checks with third parties or with zephyr staff. All evidence, reports, PC Check results, POV footage, and other relevant information will be reviewed solely by the Zephyr Staff Team. If a PC Check is completed but the results are inconclusive, the player will be placed on a One-Strike Policy. If further reports are made and Zephyr Staff determine that the player’s POV footage is sufficiently suspicious, the player may be permanently banned from Zephyr with no appeal process. If a player completely fails a required PC Check, they will be permanently banned from Zephyr and all associated Zephyr Discords, with no appeal process.
POV / Kill Clips
All Zephyr players are required to clip a minimum of 10 seconds leading up to and including every kill they make. Players are expected to have this recording capability active at all times while playing. Failure to produce a POV clip for a kill when requested will result in a strike. Players should ensure their recording software is functioning correctly before participating in situations where kills may occur.
Zephyr Strike System
Failure to produce a required POV kill clip will follow the Zephyr Strike System: First Strike — Official warning. Second Strike — 1-week ban. Third Strike — Permanent Removal
Evidence & Final Decisions
Interpretation of POV clips, PC Check results, reports, and any other supporting evidence will be conducted solely by Zephyr Staff. Zephyr Staff will consider the full context and available evidence when making a decision. No third-party individual or organisation will have authority to make the final determination on a Zephyr player’s case. All decisions made by the Zephyr Staff Team under these anti-cheat rules are final.
